We’re looking for volunteers willing to get hands on and in the thick of it to make Gŵyl Parc Fest - Bamboo 2024 a success.

Gŵyl Parc Fest - Bamboo 2024

The festival is created by and for the people of Splott, Tremorfa and Adamsdown, Cardiff, to celebrate local arts & culture. We will again take over Anderson Fields for another extraordinary day of free performances, installations, making sessions, music and community celebration.  This year’s theme explores what we can do with UK grown Bamboo. Where? ParadeClifton Street corner of Gold StreetEvent:  Anderson Fields (CF24 0EG, Constellation St, Cardiff)

What will I be doing? As a volunteer you will be a vital part of the event, helping the day run smoothly and ensuring everyone who attends Gŵyl Parc Fest - Bamboo leaves with a smile on their face and some amazing memories to take away with them. You could be involved with:

  • Setting up the site, decorating the space and helping with pack down
  • Being a friendly face to greet and support event attenders
  • Supporting performances and artist backstage
  • Assisting with creative and movement workshops
