NoFit State's Annual General Meeting 2021
Thursday 13 January 2022, 4.30pm – 6.15pm (followed by watching LEXICON in the Big Top, 7.30pm - 9.30pm)
As LEXICON is in Cardiff, we wanted to take the opportunity to hold the AGM on site, and to invite everyone to enjoy the show after the official meeting is over. There will also be the option to join the meeting on Zoom for those who live further away or who would feel more comfortable attending virtually (the show won’t be available to watch on Zoom though, sorry!).
The AGM happens each year, usually in November, and is the event where we report to our membership about what we have been doing and what our plans are.
In the meeting, our annual accounts are presented and signed off and there is an opportunity for the membership to examine the documents and ask questions of the Board of Trustees and staff.
You will need to be a company member to attend but don’t worry, it’s easy to set up. Company Membership is just £5 annually and can be paid in advance by contacting Reception (02920 221 330) or at the AGM itself.
We hope you can join us for a coming together of community members, company members and trustees to discuss the company's work.
